Hone your "wisdom" and "self-identity" and awaken your leadership as a reformer of the company and society
In an era without definitive answers, leaders must continually drive transformation in business, organizations, human resources, and themselves as the core of their companies. Leaders tackling unprecedented changes must relentlessly refine both their transformative capabilities based on wisdom and skills—referred to as "Chi" (Wisdom)—and their steadfast values and mindsets that form their convictions as leaders—referred to as "Jiku" (Self-Identity). Leaders who embody both "智" and "軸" take action themselves to produce meaningful outcomes for management—this is "実" (Reality).
This encapsulates the leadership philosophy as envisioned by ICMG.
ICMG's support begins with the individuals who are the foundation of organizations and companies. Our programs are not mere training sessions that provide answers or methods; they are designed as opportunities for personal "awareness." Through intense experiential learning and deep reflection, we encourage participants to think, learn, and act on their own. We support the development of strong leaders across all levels and generations, from new employees to executives.
In addition to fostering individual growth, we also facilitate action learning with members who sometimes span different departments or companies, enabling real collaboration and co-creation. This practice leads the way in driving management transformation and business creation.
