Manager - Management Consulting, Organization Development, Human Resource Development
This is a position in which the top management of a large corporation is accompanied in the creation of results by viewing organizational development and human resource development from a management perspective. The position is to support the development and training of human resources that will lead the way in an era when the future is uncertain.
Requirements:
Experience with any of the following - Consultant experience - Project management experience
Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of intense experiential learning aimed at creating awareness and behavior change transformation as a business leader (Wisdom and Axis Leadership Program, Future Center Academy, etc.) - To realize the company's purpose, transform the organization by going back to the company's essential strengths and DNA, and accompany the company to improve its corporate value (business and personal coaching). Basic behavior to be expected - Bundle individual tasks and lead projects. - Demonstrate leadership and motivate clients - Maximize group value through collaboration among ICMG group companies and member management.
