We are seeking a Principal to support the expansion of our Venture Capital (VC) business in Asia, focusing on India and Southeast Asia.This role will be hands-on throughout the entire investment process, including sourcing, due diligence (DD), investment decision-making, closing, and monitoring. Additionally, the candidate will engage in co-creation projects focused on overseas expansion and new business strategy, collaborating with startups and driving value creation through growth support for portfolio companies.

Requirements

・Experience in Venture Capital (VC) or Private Equity (PE) funds・Ability to work at our Singapore office (contract types such as freelance/consulting agreements can be discussed)・Business-level English proficiency

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:・Management of existing funds and involvement in new fund formation・End-to-end execution of investment processes (sourcing, due diligence, contract negotiations, investment execution)・Growth support and monitoring of portfolio companies, including identifying and solving key management challenges・Collaboration with consulting teams to support portfolio companies in business development, global expansion, and new business strategy projects
