早稲田大学 政治経済学術院 教授 白木 三秀 氏 早稲田大学政治経済学部卒業、同大学院経済学研究科博士後期課程修了。博士(経済学)。 国士舘大学教授等を経て、1999年より現職。専門は労働政策、国際人的資源管理。現在、早稲田大学トランスナショナルHRM研究所所長、国際ビジネス研究学会会長等を兼任。 最近の主な著作に、『国際人的資源管理の比較分析』（単著、有斐閣、2006年）、『チェンジング・チャイナの人的資源管理』（編著、白桃書房、2011年）、『グローバル・マネジャーの育成と評価』（編著、早稲田大学出版部、2014年）、『人的資源管理の力』（編著、文眞堂、2018年）、『英語de人事：日英対訳による実践的人事』（共著、文眞堂、2020年）等がある。

株式会社ICMG エグゼクティブアドバイザー 若林 豊 氏 日立製作所勤務後、デロイト・トーマツコンサルティングヒューマンキャピタル部門日本代表、プライスウォーターハウスクーパース人事組織コンサルティング部門代表を経て2015年より現職。組織・人事戦略領域を中心に20年以上の幅広いコンサルティング経験を有する。 近年は特にグローバル人材の育成、イノベーション推進人材の育成と、これらを支えるITシステム、AI、ピープルアナリティクスを活用した人材マネジメント基盤の進化/バージョン・アップ支援に注力している。

株式会社WizWe 代表取締役社長 森谷 幸平 早稲田大学卒業後、オハイオ大学大学院で修士号取得（社会学）。在学中にNHKワシントン支局長手嶋龍一氏の直下でリサーチに従事。大手小売を経て語学eラーニングベンチャーにてフィリピン及び中国にて海外法人立ち上げ及び経営に従事。その後（株）WEIC取締役CMOとしてEdTech事業とSales Tech事業の責任者を務めた後バイアウトを実行。（株）WizWeを設立し、人とデジタルのサポートで語学学習を習慣化し、90％以上の学習者を完走に導く「Smart Habit」を開発。2020年より同事業をデジタルプラットフォーム化し事業グロースに従事。
