株式会社ICMG（所在：東京都千代田区、代表取締役社長：船橋仁、以下「ICMG」）は、山梨県知事政策局富士山登山鉄道推進グループの「目標達成のためのチーム作り」の業務を受託しましたので、お知らせいたします。

【「目標達成のためのチーム作りプログラム実施業務委託仕様書」より】
◆委託業務名：目標達成のためのチーム作りプログラム実施業務
◆委託期間：2023年11月～2024年3月末
◆事業の目的：
刻々と変化しつづける今日の社会環境において、変化に迅速に対応して成果をあげるには共通目標に向かって協調して取り組む「チーム」を創りあげる必要がある。
特に、富士山登山鉄道構想の推進業務では、各分野の専門家のみならず、地元住民や関連事業者など多種多様なステークホルダーの利害を調整し、事業の推進に巻き込むことが求められる。
そこで、富士山登山鉄道推進グループの担当職員に対して、職員各自が共通の目標に向かって自律的に動き、高いパフォーマンスを発揮しやすいチームとなるためのプログラムを実施する。
◆委託内容（仕様書より一部抜粋）：
⑴公募実施支援
本年度実施するチームメンバーの募集にあたり、求められる人物像の描き方など、意欲ある職員が集まるための工夫についてのアドバイス
⑵職員育成支援（チーム力強化）
①グランドデザインの描き出し支援
各チームメンバーが共通の目標に向かって自律的に動く集団となるために、チームとして、事業目的とそれを実現するためのロードマップを描くことの支援
②ステークホルダーダイアローグの支援
ステークホルダーとの意見交換会におけるファシリテーションなど、事業に将来的に巻き 込む他社との共創（Co-Creation）を進めるための技法などの指導
