仙台・東北のスタートアップを対象に、海外進出戦略仮説構築から現地ネットワーク構築まで伴走支援する海外展開プログラム
東南アジア市場への実践的な第一歩を、ICMGが伴走支援
株式会社ICMGは、これから海外展開を目指す事業立ち上げ～シード期のスタートアップを対象とした実践型支援プログラム「STEP for SEED（Sendai Tohoku Expansion Program）の運営事業者に選定されました。スタートアップの皆様に伴走し、戦略構築から現地ネットワークづくり、一部実行支援まで一貫してサポートいたします。
本プログラムは、「まだ海外は早い」と感じるスタートアップにこそ参加してほしいプログラムです。東南アジア市場に関心はあるものの、何から始めたらよいかわからない、現地の実情を知りたいという方も、ぜひこの機会をご活用ください。

■「STEP for SEED」プログラム概要
本プログラムは、仙台・東北地域に拠点を持つスタートアップ（事業立ち上げ～シード期）を対象に、東南アジア、特にシンガポール市場での事業展開を後押しする実装型支援プログラムです。採択企業には、現地市場への適応に向けた事業仮説の検証や、実行可能性を伴う成果創出を期待します。さらに、ベンチャーキャピタル（VC）や現地企業とのネットワークを通じた販路開拓・資金調達を見据え、2025年11月10日～14日には、シンガポールでの現地プログラムを実施予定です。
対象：
- 仙台・東北地域に本社または事業所を有するスタートアップ、および事業立ち上げを目指すチーム等 （創業準備段階またはシード期の法人・チーム・個人を含みます）
- ※法人登記の有無は問いませんが、一定の事業仮説を有し、事業化に向けた検証・展開を具体的に進める意志を有している必要があります。
主な支援内容：
- シンガポールを中心とした海外市場への理解を深める渡航前研修（商習慣、動向、文化など）
- 東南アジア市場ニーズを踏まえた製品・サービスの適応検証および事業仮説のブラッシュアップ支援
- 政府機関、事業会社、大学、投資家、VC等とのマッチング機会の提供
- 個別メンタリング・現地ピッチ機会の提供
- 現地の社会実装事例（スマートシティ、ヘルスケア、環境分野など）の視察
- 英語ピッチトレーニング機会の提供
参加費：
- 無料
- ※1社（1チーム）あたり最大30万円を上限とした渡航等支援金の提供を予定しています。
