株式会社ICMGと株式会社IWNCは、企業変革をリードする次世代の人事リーダーを育成する「戦略人事マネジャー塾（第9期）」を2025年10月より開講いたします。
本塾では、元LIXILグループ執行役副社長の八木洋介氏を塾長に迎え、「人材の本来持つ資質や可能性」を最大化する本質的なテーマに迫ります。 参加者は、少人数での対話やモンゴルでの合宿といった非日常的な環境での内省を通じて、個の価値観から人事観を再定義し、経営の一員としての人事（戦略人事）の思考と、自身をドライブし続けるリーダーシップの「軸」を確立することを目指します。
