ICMG Groupは、2025年度の統合報告書「ICMG Group Integrated Report 2025」を、コーポレートサイトおよび冊子にて発表しました。

ICMG Groupは、バランスシートには現れない企業の“見えざる価値“──すなわち知的資本（人的資本、組織資本、関係資本）を可視化し、多様なステークホルダーとの共創を通じて成果を生み出す、知的資本経営を実装する「事業共創パートナー」です。そして、その知的資本経営とは、企業がパーパスを目的に、持続的成長と企業価値向上を実現するための、知的資本を活かした企業変革を実践する経営モデルです。

統合報告書はは、会社の業績や財務情報を報告するものではありません。

IIRC（国際統合報告書評議会）は、統合報告書を「企業の売上や資産など法的に開示が定められた財務情報と知的資本などの非財務情報を統合的にとらえ、それらを活用した企業の価値創造の方法を統合思考でまとめ、示すもの」と説明しています。

つまり、統合報告書とは、知的資本経営を開示する報告書にほかなりません。
