ICMG Group has published the "ICMG Group Integrated Report 2026" on its corporate website.
ICMG Group is a "Future Co-creation Partner" that implements Intellectual Capital Management. We visualize the "invisible value" of a company not found on the balance sheet—namely, intellectual capital (human, organizational, and relational capital)—and generate results through co-creation with diverse stakeholders.
Having consistently supported corporate transformation for over 25 years since our founding, we have deepened our conviction that intellectual capital is the very source of sustainable value creation. We have expressed this philosophy through the metaphor of a "Single Tree."
In this year's "Integrated Report 2026," in addition to the latest achievements of our "4D Cycle (Discover, Design, Deliver, Disclose)"—our practical methodology for Intellectual Capital Management—we dedicate significant space to introducing our new challenges in today's rapidly changing social environment: "Co-creation with the Global South" and "Fostering Next-Generation Leaders."
■ Highlights of the 2026 Report
1. The "Willpower Forest" Where Strong Wills Resonate and the New Symbol "Hanakuidori" As the worldview we aim for, we envision a "Willpower Forest" where the wills to take on challenges gather and cultivate a rich forest. Furthermore, we introduce our new symbol, the "Hanakuidori" (flower-bearing bird)—an auspicious bird bringing happiness and prosperity. This symbol represents our members who flexibly transcend boundaries to return new fruits (value) to society.
2. "ICMG University" and Co-creation Cases Fostering True Transformation Leaders To enhance organizational transformation capabilities, the awakening of the "individual" is indispensable first and foremost. This report features the opening of "ICMG University," an in-house academy designed for every employee to verbalize their own "axis" (core values) and hone practical wisdom. Alongside this, we feature numerous co-creation cases with client companies—including an interview with SKY Perfect JSAT—that are undertaking corporate transformation utilizing "Leadership of Wisdom, Axis, and Practice."
3. Social Co-creation Between the Global South and Japan (A Silk Road Connecting Wisdom and Culture) Focusing on the Global South, centered around India and Southeast Asia—regions with immense future growth potential—we introduce the journey of building an ecosystem through the ICMG Co-creation Fund. Together with major Japanese corporations and regional banks, we have recorded the dynamic trajectory of our practical efforts to invest in and co-create with Asia's next-generation unicorns, establishing a cross-border "Innovation Corridor."
