Requirements

- Experience building delivery teams and solutions. Proven track record of driving scalable enterprise initiatives.- Agile practitioner experience, able to define and implement agile processes in complex customer and stakeholder environments, and significant experience delivering agile projects at scale- Experience in pre-sales, contracting and management in multiple commercial models including T&M, FP and managed outputs/outcomes- Self-motivated, flexible, able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast thinking, entrepreneurial work environment

Responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of multiple complex end-to-end digital transformation projects at various clients in the region.- Play a consultative role within the account leadership team to understand opportunities and build trust with the client's leadership team.- Experienced technology partner, able to recommend innovative solutions to business and process-based problems that leverage technology to differentiate, improve efficiency, and provide a better user experience.- Hands-on delivery management experience covering all aspects of project initiation and lifecycle: lead management, bidding/financing qualification, solution promotion and staffing, customer management, delivery and execution governance. Accountability for overall delivery including financial, procurement, development and business perspectives.- Lead the implementation of the solution, from setting project requirements and goals to “go-live” of the solution.- Manage customer expectations and relationships. Manage senior level customer relationships and look for opportunities to up/cross-sell products and services through relationship management.

Desirables

- Proven track record of driving large scale change initiatives, ideally initiatives in large organizations that impact both the organizational and technical components of the organization- Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills required; experience working with near-shore teams preferred- Experience building and leading geographically dispersed delivery teams (experience working with dispersed customer teams to define appropriate target operating models preferred)- Hands-on experience with Scrum is desirable- CSM/PSM or PMP certification a plus- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, Master's degree or foreign education a plus- MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
