With our business expansion, we are seeking a new team member to manage financial operations and corporate governance across our group companies. This role will serve as a bridge between group entities and senior management, contributing to the efficient operation of our corporate functions.Key Responsibilities:- Consolidate and manage financial performance reports for group companies- Oversee cash flow management and report key financial insights to senior management- Act as a liaison between group companies and senior executives to ensure smooth communication- Manage, review, and update contracts with business partners and vendors- Prepare various documents and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Experience in corporate management, finance, or accounting-related roles- Strong knowledge and experience in financial operations and management- Business-level English proficiency (required for communication with internal and external stakeholders)
