We are seeking a Management Consultant to support top executives of large enterprises in planning and executing business strategies and M&A initiatives. This role goes beyond analysis and recommendations, delving into the core of management challenges and guiding clients through the execution of initiatives that directly enhance corporate value.The successful candidate will be involved in projects directly linked to executive decision-making, including M&A, business portfolio restructuring, and new business strategies. From strategy development to execution support, the role requires a comprehensive approach to business transformation.

Requirements:

Experience with any of the following- 3 to 10 years of experience in a management/strategy consulting firm- Ability to work at our Tokyo (Marunouchi) office (Contract types such as freelance/consulting agreements can be discussed)

Desirables:

- Highly curious and intellectually driven to explore unknown and challenging areas, with a passion for creating new value in society- Strong leadership and persistence to lead project teams, even when there are no established success models in the industry- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients (mainly senior executives of major Japanese corporations) and co-creation partners, building trust and long-term relationships
