Program Manager - Organizational & Talent Development Consulting
We are looking for a Program Manager to support top executives of large enterprises in organizational and talent development from a management perspective. This role involves working closely with clients to address real-world management challenges, driving talent development initiatives, and fostering leaders who can navigate an uncertain future.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management within the fields of talent and organizational development (experience in leadership development and organizational transformation from a management perspective, regardless of corporate or consulting background)- Ability to work at our Tokyo (Marunouchi) office (contract types such as freelance/consulting agreements can be discussed)
Responsibilities:
- Experience in designing and implementing talent development programs (especially for CxO candidates and next-generation leaders)- Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
Desirables:
- Strong interest in human capital management and a passion for creating new value in society- Ability to design and execute talent development strategies that support next-generation leaders and organizations in an era of uncertainty- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients (mainly senior executives of major Japanese corporations) and business co-creation partners, building trust and fostering long-term relationships
