Sales / Business Development
This is a strategic sales position focused on leveraging Intellectual Capital to provide solutions to corporate executives.You will drive consultative sales in various domains, including Intellectual Capital Visualization, Next-Generation Leadership Development, Global Talent Development, New Business Creation, Sustainability, Innovation, and M&A, supporting client growth. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with our global headquarters in Singapore, and contributing to solving management challenges for Japanese enterprises.As part of the ICMG Group, you will utilize our diverse capabilities to support clients through solution-based sales. Your key responsibilities include:- New Client Acquisition: Research target companies, approach potential clients, and create business opportunities- Existing Client Growth: Conduct client needs analysis and propose tailored solutions- Proposal Development: Create presentation materials and sales documents- Project Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project execution- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and market needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales- Experience in consultative sales or solution-based sales- Strong ability to analyze client challenges and provide strategic proposals- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong teamwork skills to develop and execute account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders
