- Aichi Smart Sustainable City Co-Creation Challenge 2020 -
【概要】
「Aichi Smart Sustainable Co-Creation Challenge」は愛知県が、市民と世界の持続可能な未来をリードする為のオープンイノベーションチャレンジです。愛知県が「Smart Sustainable City」をリードする為の4つのチャレンジについて新たな「知」を共創するパートナーを世界から募り共創事業を立ち上げます。
【背景】
愛知県は42年連続で製造品出荷額等の日本一を誇り自動車、航空宇宙、ロボット産業を中心に世界の「モノづくり」をリードし続けています。しかし、CASEやVUCAといった外部環境の変化により、変革を余儀なくされています。そのような中、愛知県は2018年10月に「Aichi-Startup戦略」を策定しスタートアップ企業を起爆剤としたイノベーション誘発の土壌創りを推進しています。
そして、その中の一つの位置づけとして、「Aichi Smart Sustainable Co-Creation Challenge」は生まれました。
【目的】
Aichi-Startup戦略の元、世界でも先進的なスタートアップ支援の実績を持つシンガポール国立大学（NUS）と連携し、NUSのノウハウを愛知県に取り込むと共に、ノウハウを活用した県内のスタートアップ支援等を実施することで、愛知県におけるスタートアップ・エコシステムの形成・充実を目指します。
※愛知県は、シンガポール国立大学（NUS）と、2018年8月に「科学技術分野における連携協力に関する覚書」を締結しました。さらに、この覚書をベースとした「スタートアップ支援分野における連携協力に関する覚書」を 2019年9月に締結しました。
【チャレンジテーマ】
- Challenge 1: 「ものづくりの愛知県からDXによる製造業の新モデル創造（仮称：新Kaizenモデル）」 旭鉄工株式会社
- Challenge 2: 「新たな移動のエコシステムとビジネスモデルの構築」 アイシン精機株式会社
- Challenge 3: 「南知多町をモデルとした世界・都市・地域に生きる新たな生活モデルの創造」 南知多町
- Challenge 4: 「空港を起点とした Smart Sustainable City の可能性追求」 中部国際空港
【プロセス】
今回採択されたスタートアップは13件の内、4件が実証実験フェーズに移り、現在社会実装を目指し鋭意準備中です。
共創事業の実証実験に結び付いたポイントとしては、大きく分けて３つあります。
- 愛知県の発展に資する課題と、チャレンジオーナーがチャレンジしたい直近の課題の接点を見つける
- 設定したチャレンジ課題を解決しうるビジネスモデル仮説を作成、共創事業に結び付く可能性の高いスタートアップをリクルートする
- 現場のリアルな課題感を抽出し、参加するステークホルダーを上手く巻き込みながら、最も確度の高い、解決策仮説を創りこみ事業案に落とし込む
