Greenway Grid Global Pte Ltd（本社：シンガポール、代表取締役社長；今井伸一、以下「GGG社」）は、 CleanGrid Partners Pte Ltd（本社：シンガポール、CEO；Atem S. Ramsundersingh、以下「CGP社」）が目指している総額1億ドル規模の東南アジア・マイクログリッドプロジェクトのうち2千万ドルを出資し、フィリピンでのマイクログリッド事業へ参画しますので、お知らせいたします。
本プロジェクトは、フィリピン・マイクログリッド事業ポートフォリオ6千万ドルを３〜４年で建設する計画です。 本プロジェクトの第１号案件は、フィリピンのパラワン島における太陽光発電＋蓄電池＋ディーゼル発電に電力網を合わせたハイブリッドマイクログリッド事業を展開し、来年度運開予定です。
GGG社はCGP社とともにマイクログリッド事業へ参画し、現地調査・設計・財務分析・建設・運転・保守メンテナンスを実施することで、日本で培った豊富な技術、高品質なオペレーションといった強みを活かし、最適な設備構成での高品質かつ信頼度の高いマイクログリッド電力を供給していくことができると考えております。
また、GGG社は「プロジェクト投資・運営」・「新規事業インキュベーション」・「グローバル人財育成」の３事業を実施しており、本プロジェクト投資事業をプラットフォームの一つとして、新たな成長事業を創出する新規インキュベーション事業の立ち上げと、その事業を運営できるグローバルリーダー人財の育成事業を展開していきます。
GGG社の３事業にあらゆる企業さまに参画いただくことで、共同でグローバル市場における持続可能でグリーンな経済発展に貢献していきたいと考えております。

＜参考＞ ・GGG社は、2018年６月29日にお知らせした、東京電力パワーグリッド株式会社と中部電力株式会社、ICMG Partners Pte Ltd（以下「ICMG」）との合弁会社であり、「世界に幸せをもたらす」というビジョンのもと、SDGs（持続可能な開発目標）へコミットし、アジア諸国のマイクログリッド事業等へ参画しプラットフォームとして活用することで、その事業の上で、インキュベーション事業や人財育成事業を実施していきます。
