シンガポール・中国の政府間プロジェクト、Origginと共同運営するVCCプラットフォームが南京政府とAIイノベーションプロジェクトに関するMOUを締結
～中国市場における大企業の新たなイノベーションエコシステムの創出へ～
ICMG Pte Ltd（所在：シンガポール、以下、ICMGシンガポール）とOriggin Pte Ltd（以下、Origgin）が共同運営するVenture Co-Creationプラットフォーム（以下、VCC）※は、中国の南京政府と、第2回 Singapore-Nanjin International AI Forum on Smart Citiesにおいて、AIイノベーションプロジェクト（以下、本プロジェクト）を実施するためのMOU（覚書）に署名いたしました。
※Venture Co-Creationプラットフォームとは ICMGシンガポールがOrigginと共同運営する、スタートアップの創業及び大企業との事業共創を実現する仕組みです。官民一体となり、現在はシンガポール科学技術研究庁（A*Star）と提携しており、シンガポール国立大学（以下、NUS）などのアジアトップ大学とも連携しています。既にVCCによって世界にとって存在意義のある26社のスタートアップが創業され、大企業との共創を通じて事業を加速させています。
１．背景・内容 シンガポール政府、中国政府は、これまで国家共同プロジェクトとしてSmart Cityプロジェクトを南京、蘇州、天津等で推進してきました。本プロジェクトは、「スマートネーション構想」を国家戦略として掲げるシンガポールのAIを中心とした先進的なイノベーション技術を起点とし、中国マーケットにおける快速なPOC（ビジネス実証実験）を経て、中国国内での事業展開のみならず、東南アジア各国への進出を見据えた実験・共創の推進を期待したものとなります。
ICMGシンガポールとしては、世界にとって存在意義のある実験・事業創出のためのPOC等に、日本の大企業の皆様がご参画いただけるよう、中国においてもそのエコシステムを創造してまいります。（具体的な参画方法は下記、2.大企業にとっての参画方法をご参照ください）
また、中国政府は、本プロジェクトのコンセプトとして下記のような項目をあげ、スタートアップ企業を含めたPOC等に対し、積極的に支援及び投資を行っていくことを掲げています。 ・中国/シンガポール共同出資会社の積極的な設立 ・シンガポールのコンセプトを起点としたイノベーションエリア開発 ・シンガポールを拠点としたAI技術の導入 ・水回り、空気汚染を含めた環境保全 ・一人子政策が生んだ高齢化社会対策の仕組みの構築 等

２．大企業にとっての参画方法 大企業は、自社の戦略課題やイノベーションテーマに基づき、以下の観点を中心に参画が可能となります。 ・VCCスタートアップ（現状はシンガポール中心）への早期アプローチ・事業共創 ・VCCスタートアップが創り出す中国でのビジネスの実証実験（POC）機会への参画 ・VCCスタートアップを通じて、シンガポール政府や中国政府のスタートアップ等のエコシステムへの参画 等
具体的なPOC参画機会としては、南京政府と締結した、AI自動運転に関するPOCプロジェクト等が挙げられます。同プロジェクトは、NUSのチームが開発した構内（病院、大学、空港内等）の自動運転に関するAI技術を起点に、中国政府が保有する豊富なインフラ等を活用しながら、社会価値のあるイノベーションの実現を実証実験していく取り組みとなります。
