株式会社ICMGは、2020年10月26日に岐阜県恵那市、一般社団法人ジバスクラム恵那（所在、恵那市、理事長：阿部伸一郎）と企業研修誘致等による地域の活性化に関する連携協定を締結いたしました。
本協定は、地域課題の解決をテーマとした企業研修等を３者が連携して実施していくことで地域振興に寄与していくと共に、研修で恵那市を訪れる企業との親和性が高まることで地域の関係人口の増加に繋げていくことを目的としております。
また、地域活性化や地方創生事業へ参画することを望んでいる大企業にとっては、豊かな自然に恵まれた恵那市を実際に訪れて頂き、地域や地域企業の課題を解決していく時間を共有して頂くことで、リアルな地域課題を体感して頂き、地方創生に参加する機会として活用していいただくことを期待しております。
ICMGは、アジアにおけるUNDP GCTISDとの戦略提携や愛知県との共創プログラムの実施を始めとして、ローカルコミュニティとのSDGsイノベーションを共創型で推進する多様な活動及び、変革リーダーを育成する多数の企業研修の実績を活かし、地域の課題解決、そして持続可能な未来の創造を推進してまいります。
【協定後の主な取り組み予定】 （１） 短期的な取組 ・ 3者が持つそれぞれの知見やリソースを活用し、恵那市を研修場所とした地方創生に関心を持つ首都圏等の大企業・ベンチャー企業・非営利法人等の企業研修プログラムを企画、実施。また、本研修の実施に先立って、プロトタイプ研修を令和3年1月にも実施予定。
（２） 中長期的な取り組み ・ 恵那市及びジバスクラム恵那は、企業研修プログラムに参加する企業との親密性を高め、関係人口の増加を図り、将来的には、親密性が高まった企業との間で、テレワークを活用したワーケーションやサテライトオフィスの推進、本社機能、研究部門の誘致などにつなげていくことを目指す。 ・ ＩＣＭＧは、東海圏をはじめとした各地域との連携を図り、恵那市の持続的成長と発展のための「フューチャーセンター恵那」の設立を目指す。
