本イベントでは、20年以上前に北欧で生まれた人的資本をはじめとする知的資本の可視化(IC RatingⓇ)を体験いただきます。

その後のトークセッションでは、「知的資本経営入門」（生産性出版）著者の1人、登内大輔が「知的資本経営の実践」具体アプローチについて事例を交えてご紹介。

当日の体験結果と照らし合わせながら、複数社での対話型ワークショップを通して、自社の知的資本を活かした価値創造の可能性を探求します。

宗野 尚佳（そうの なおか)

学生時代にPricewaterhouseCoopers Consultingにてインターンを経験。大企業の持続成長に向けて第3者視点で付加価値を加えるアプローチに魅了され、新卒で株式会社アクセル（現ICMG）入社。企業の見えざる価値を可視化し、事業の価値創造に活かしていく伴走プロジェクトに従事。その中で’個力’の最大化への関心が高まり、コーチングやメンタルトレーニングの学びを活かした研修講師として独立。その後、2009年の第一子出産を機に一念発起して働く女性のQOL向上支援事業を立ち上げる。12年間に渡る経営経験を経て、2022年株式会社ICMG復帰。グローバルリーダートレーニングなどの人材育成から知的資本の可視化～価値創造プロセスの伴走プロジェクトを中心に活動中。

広告会社を経て、ICMGに参画。企業の知的資本経営の実践を支援。「人的資本かの価値創造」を信念に、人材を起点とした企業変革が専門領域。グローバル標準の価値創造の方法論をベースにした、実践伴走支援従事。次世代経営幹部等のリーダーシップ開発、知的資本の可視化、パーパス・ビジョン策定等の実行をリード。早稲田大学ビジネススクール寄付・提携講座「知的資本経営の持続成長論」の「知的資本可視化」講師を担当。慶応義塾大学経済学部卒。著書に「知的資本経営入門」（生産性出版）
